Where do I buy 67-72 Chev GMC models

I am looking for a model of my truck and my friend is looking for a model of his blazer. I can't seem to find any and I was wondering if someone could help me out.
Thanks
Terry

I can't remember what company it was that re-issued their '72 fleetside kit a couple of years ago but it might make a good starting point for a '69 model. They wouls probably have it in stock at your local hobby shop.

Scale Auto Enthusiast has a good listing of back-issues you can order. I think they had a Chevy truck special last year and it had tons of info on what trucks were made into kits by which companies.

http://www.scaleautoenthusiast.com/n...nks/links.html

Also, "Cooter's Tow Truck" from the Dukes of Hazzard re-issues was based on a 67-72 but I can't remember offhand if it was a '69 or '72.

Greg

(I have parts of an old kit of a '69 and if you really need me to, I can try and make a resin copy of the grill and front bumper if you have to go with some kit other than a '69).

I happened to be going through my Scale Auto mag collection last night and I found the Chevy trucks special. It was from Dec 2000 (no. 134).

I also checked out my pair of 67-72 models and it turns out I only have the one grill and it's for a '72. There's probably a resin caster on the 'net somewhere who has a '69-'70 frontend.

Also the re-issue I was talking about is in the background of Gee-Emm's pictures (nice collection BTW).
