Th400 with Lokar Linkage

Need some help on this one. Trying to determine Park versas Drive on the Tranny when you are facing where the rod extrudes. Clockwise or counterclockwise which is which.

Then on the Lokar; which position should it sit in Park when its installed?

Thanks
