want to apologize...

Hey all, just wanted to let you know that im sorry i violated the rules of the board and I'll definetly pay better attention next time.

Most of you wouldnt know, I can be the example guy in this case, but I ended up selling an item outside of the parts section and rightfully got caught doing it. I have had a few things up for sale different places, was in a hurry, and didnt read some things I should have.

This board has been a great resource and learning tool over my membership of the last 8 or so (believe it or not) years, and I would advise anyone to make sure they read the rules and make sure you pay attention to where and how you respond to questions within the forums.

Take care and thanks to you all for making this one of the best car/truck guy sites onthe net....

--Mike

Do you know how nice this is for a moderator?

Half the time they get a mess of "I didn't do it" and other colorful comments.

Re: want to apologize...

This is a real nice gesture. In your defense I`d site your join date and number of posts and figure the rules changed on you since you read them originally. You had quite a few years before the selling rules changed.I see this alot with earlier members and take that into account.
For all to see,the code of conduct is posted at the top of the parts board.I suggest we all take a gander from time to time.I was unaware that location is required in parts listings until recently. The change took effect in April.

You tkeduk8r are a breath of fresh air. Your comments are appreciated and worth a reputation. I agree with special-K With changes in the rules to make things run smoother...it would be good to take a look at the rules and guidelines every once in a while.
