Installing a Radio Head Unit?

How hard is this task in our trucks? Getting to the stages where the sound of the 350 just aint gonna cut it. So my question is, starting from the ground up, with your basic head unit, small speakers, etc, how hard is this to do? I have done some wiring in the past but not a whole lot, any info greatly appericated.

You should check out the "Truck audio" forum on this board. You'll learn a bunch.
