Voice your opinion
I recently purchased a vary poor quality product from a well known distributor. So poor that it fell apart during installation. I realized that I always let those kind of things go and try to find a better product from a different distributor. I think it is important for us to let the distributors know in the kindest way possible that there product is no good. That way they can either by from a different manufacturer or stop selling them all together so that no one else gets the same product that is unusable.

What exactly is this product? Yes, if enough people start complaining about the product them more than likely something will be done. Problem is one or ten people complaining won't make a huge difference. There will need to be alot more. Does it have a warranty?

Re: Voice your opinion
It is a $4 part. They said they would refund me but I don't want to bother. When they responded to my e-mail they said they keep a listing of complaints about specific products and will take a look at the product I am referring to. It was a kick panel vent gasket.
