Are the power brake boosters the same from disc brakes to drum brakes? If not, what are the differences and how can they be fixed. thanks

there the same just make sure you change the proportioning valve from the drum one to the disc one

Well yes, you need to have Disc/Drum prop. vavle not just disc, just FYI.

I am actually putting the power booster on drums from a disc brake truck. There would be no proportioning valve on drums, correct? thanks
