mobile devices used to view this site?

Who uses a phone or the like to get on the site? I probably use my phone more then the computer to browse this site. it is a little harder to do long reply's and such but it is fun to check up here... it definitely has fueled my addiction

Well,

I picked up a 22" wide flat monitor so I could see everything better, I could have internet put on my phone but I can't hardly see what's on the screen now even with my glass's....

Re: mobile devices used to view this site?

I "can: use my phone to view the site, but rarely do. I read the PM notices via my email account and I get enough to know if something really needs my attention.

For reference I carry the LG eNv Touch. Not as internet capable as the iPhone but much easier to carry.

I just got this phone.. so I'm learning how to use it. I decided to purchase a data plan on it for a month to see if I like it. So far I don't see how it's worth it.

Re: mobile devices used to view this site?

I've always wondered why you have internet on your phone. I can see getting e-mails for work, but I already pay some $40 a month now for internet at my home, I don't want to pay another $40 a month for internet on a phone with a 2.3" screen. Alot of people have the i-phones now, but to me, its a waste of money. I can wait to get home to check my e-mail.

Is there a mobile version of this site?

It's usually a trimmed down, lite version.

Great for quick browsing and reading of articles.

Re: mobile devices used to view this site?

I use my Droid HTC Incredible when I am stuck on a job site, since I don't use my work laptop to surf the web for personal stuff.

Mainly to pass the time because I am sitting on eternal hold on another phone or I'm waiting for something to break.

There are a lot of applications on the iphone that are life savers... google maps to search for stores, traffic etc.. Pandora.com for free streaming music...

Viewing regular websites is the last thing I do on it though, if they have a mobile site like nfl.com then it makes it easier to read.

I do use my fone some times, but not very often. Mostly just to check up on questions that I've asked or interesting threads that I can't wait to look at.

I use my blackberry to access occassionally, and ususally give up. Too slow to load and hard to navigate. I wish there was a mobile version, that would be cool!

In my case its a job. If I don't have access when needed I have txts n calls on issues. If they are not dealt with they usually become huge issues. I was perfectly happy not having it. It did become a tool of the trade though so im stuck with it.

Ok I answered the closest choice in the poll.
I am on here (and other forums) on Iphone, Ipod touch, and laptop, that's when I'm not on the desktop.

Hello I'm xflyboy and I have a problem (well more than one but,we won't get into that).
