cab questions ?

A frind of a friend has a cab from a 1969 gmc. He is going to crush the cab. The cab was an a/c cab and the interior is in decent shape. What I was wondering is, can anyone use the dash panel, where the radio and the gauges go? How hard it it to take that part off. The radio was not cut out, and the rust is light, and easily fixed. The rest of the cab is shot...... Also the area where the A/C mounts on the out side of the cab is in good shape, would there be a use for that peice?

He also has the doors with glass and everything. The skins are pritty shot, but everything else is decent.

Also he has parts from the 1973 and up trucks.

If anyone is interested I will get pics and post them here.

Thanks Landon

Yes the vin tag is there. I think. But no paper work. It is an old parts truck for the pull truck he built. I might have one though?:p

I've sold both pieces you mention. Not too difficult to remove with sawzall and assuming glass is removed. I've cut across front of cab firewall below pinch welds that form the lower windshield opening.

Expect to ship as noone in CA will want it but A/C cabs in some areas are hard to find.
