Are you wanting stock, OEM, or custom?? Here is a custom idea.....99 F150 seats and custom done doors headliner and visors.
I noticed your post on the bumper as well. If you want OEM, not too sure where you will find one. But Places like Brothers, LMC Truck, and a few others have them for a minor price. I purchased the Premium bumper from LMC for $189.

What quality of metal are the premium bumpers from LMC? Are they good or cheap made ?

Iam happy with the bumper on my 69 and its from them as well as the rear bumper, it seems like a good solid bumper.

The bumper I purchased was every bit as nice and heavy duty metal as the OEM that was damaged.
