Steering wheel adapter question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm looking for a new steering wheel and was curious if anyone knows if the chevy column where the wheel adapter goes is standard for most other 60s chevys.
I'm looking at a sparco wheel but the don't sell a specific adapter for our trucks. They have a generic chevy 60s adapter. Was seeing if anyone has run into this before. Thanks.

it of course depends on the steering wheel, but when I convert to a comfort grip wheel, I use this style http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Steeri...no,116711.html

I like that alot! Most wheel adapters look a little on the cheap side. No big deal, it only holds the wheel on!
