Re: Grille fillers

Maybe someone here does, but if you have a sheemetal brake I think you could make a set.
Welcome to the board! I work on your side of town at the big city complex on 56th & Quebec.
Is your truck the gray shorty with the shaved bumpers?

Re: Grille fillers

Make a prototype out of poster board and tape. Its easy to try different ideas and allows for mistakes to be cost free. I'm using plastic corrigated board to do mine as I have a bunch of it left over from mocking up my kitchen.

Re: Grille fillers

Lookup vannattafabrications.com. They have a few designs to copy, uuuuh I mean get a few ideas from. They seem to be priced cheaper than most places.

Talking Re: Grille fillers

I made my first set myself. I got the measurements then used some 2x4 c clamped to the work bench, bent the sheet metal my self.
Later I bought a set of the vannattafabrications.com ones.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I have always wondered if those helped out with cooling? Most modern rigs direct airflow much more directly than our model year vehicles.
