Recommended electronic flasher?

Does anyone have an electronic flasher module that they recommend? I want the option of running LED's in this truck. Does anyone have a better recommendation than this one?

I've heard reviews of this saying it continues to blink for a few seconds after you cut it off. Has anyone experienced this, and is there a fix?

I'm actually not installing this flasher into a stock truck harness, so I'm not locked into using a factory-fit flasher.

Re: Recommended electronic flasher?

looks about the same as the old school one i have in my truck with 98% led bulbs including headlights .

here is my thread on the stuff that works and dont in my opinion . to see pics you might need to be a paid member tho .

i went and did a lot of testing and purchased a lot of bulbs .

https://ck5.com/forums/threads/l-e-d...lights.335580/

and if you change out the front 168/194 bulbs in the fenders they need to be NON-polarity sensitive or they will not work both ways with headlights on and off and flash both . i found this out the hard way but found some that work . the info is all in there direct links to each bulb .

Re: Recommended electronic flasher?

If you still have at least one regular bulb on each side, front or back, the common Tridon EL12 electronic flasher will work, (a cross reference to the one you link).

The tridon behaves just like a regular flasher but steady rate flash regadless of load as it was originally intended to provide a steady flash rate with a trailer hooked up. I never had extra flashing occur with it.
