Mystery front sheet metal panels

Well from what I can gather these go somewhere around or near the front lower radiator area somewhere? Can't for the life of me figure out where! Any help would be appreciated.

On a 6 cylinder GMC, I believe they go at the bottom of the radiator to force air through the radiator.
