Torque sequence

Replaced radiator support bushings and driver side cab bushings. All just snugged. Left passenger side of cab unchanged and not loosened until driver side completed. My question is what should I torque first? Radiator or cab bushings? Also, should I leave the passenger side support bushing loose until I finish installing the passenger side cab bushings or leave both support bushings loose until cab finished? I just don't want things possibly shifting around. Also, at some point in the torque seqence and the crush sleeve is making contact will you begin to raise the cab?

I change all the bushings, then set the cab weight down and start checking for alignment to bed, fenders, bumper, etc. If it needs shims, I install them, then start tightening the bolts. I don't torque them anymore. I tighten until the bushing start to squish. It seems like torqueing them squishes the bushing too much.

The replacement bushings aren't quite as thick. The sleeves are a little shorter.
I'm going to either use the rear upper bushing again (pretty good shape) and maybe a shim because of door or fender alignment is now off. If I go with the Taiwan junk I'd have to bush the heck out of it. So tired of all the aftermarket junk over the years. There's always something to modify to make it work correctly and sheet metal being the worst with the exception of my steel bed floor.
