Looking for an A/C Kit

I have a 1970 Chevy Truck it is a non A/C cab I am planing on changing it out with a 71 A/C cab. What I was wanting to know if there is anyone out there who makes a aftermarket A/C Kit that will fit a factory A/C cab. I find aftermarket kits that fit a non A/C cab but not for a A/C cab. I would go with the factory air but the cab did not come with any parts for the A/C. Any Help will be apprecaited.

Vintage Air AC will fit either AC or non-AC cabs. Since you don't have any of the "guts" you may want to get the non AC system that comes with most everything. I would suggest calling Vintage Air to find out exactly what you need.

Smile looking for a/c also

welcome orange, i too am looking for an a/c kit for an a/c cab, narrowing it down to old air and vintage air. even tho it looks like a little more money i'm leaning toward the vintage. it seems to be more straight forward in install being that you don't have to modify your current factory a/c controls like you do with old air, at least thats what i'm told. they give you a block off plate where the old evaporator bolts on to the firewall. given a good vendor he can tailor your needs as to the vents and when you talk to somebody ask tons of questions to make sure you know what you're getting. good luck and keep us informed. ken

THAT ENGINE IS NOW BORN AND HOWLING LOUDLY!

Thumbs up

We carry the complete old air systems that are available for either A/C trucks originally, or non-A/C.
You'll find them here on our site
