3/5 Drop on the 65
Installed the CPP 3/5 Drop springs and shocks on Saturday. Everything came apart and went back together smoothly. My driveshaft is hitting the cross-member now so I'll have to clearance that. Anyone have pics of their factory clearanced cross-members?

Never mind I took a look this afternoon and this bracket was still riveted in place. Cut the rivets out and good to go.

Yes for carrier. I just pulled mine out last week. I took the rivets out to make it removable.

Yup that is a carrier bearing mount. What did you use in the back for springs? Did you measure it before and after? I am planning the drop on my suburban and with it being about 300 pounds heavier in the back verses a truck was wondering how much extra it dropped verses what the springs were rated for.

If those are new springs, it will settle some as it gets driven.
