DUmb Question

I have a 72 GMC 3/4 ton and was wondering if any one knows a good way to clean the door panels? I have tried soap water and a sponge but doesn't seem to get in all textured areas.

Thank you

Re: DUmb Question

I use either windex or purple power. Usually I water down the purple power though.

Re: DUmb Question

You can use ANY of those products, they'll all work, with a brush. They're at Wal-Mart for scrubbing dishes, like $3. Shoot you might have one in the kitchen right now you could go steal.

Re: DUmb Question

Media blast your door panels. check this thread.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ast+door+panel

I did my 72 parchment panels and they look new. Also, use spray clear 'satin' or semi=gloss paint to seal the plastic, if you don't it wont clean up when it gets dirty. Mine are now 2 years since blasting and still look new with a damp rag. You can prob. get yours done for $40 or so.
