1985 suburban
I am fixing this rig to sell. What do you guys think about clearing it over the patina paint. Would it help it or hurt it.002 by Daniel Crymes, on Flickr

Re: 1985 suburban
IMHO
I would think it would hurt the sale. If I was buying it, I would want to make that choice myself. Because You would get the, Why didn't you use satin gloss? It would've looked better with _____ etc. etc. etc.

Re: 1985 suburban
Yeah, I'd just clean it up a little so that somebody feels like they can take it whichever direction they want to. Nice color combo along with the 5 stripe.

Re: 1985 suburban
Yeah it is a nice rig. The funny thing is one rocker is rusted out and the others are solid. I ll just post it like it is and see what happens.

Re: 1985 suburban
A little time with some iron fallout remover would let that paint show more of its color.
