WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

I'm looking for a nice lighter trim ring for a 1970 C10 and a nice pair of solid black radio knobs like in the pic below.

Not the deluxe knobs with the brushed metal center.

Thanks
-Chris

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

May have the black knobs, don't think I have the heavy chrome knurled washers that go behind them. Will check and get back later today.

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

Found the knobs, not show but good useable driver. Backs seem good with the curled metal clip insert, not hacked up. Front of one has small indention on edge. Not sure what they're worth, $6.00 shipped for the pair sound fair?

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

Hey Ironhorse. Thanks for the reply. I noticed that you mentioned, in your first post, the chrome rings that go behind the knobs. I wouldn't need those, just the black plastic knobs. Would you be able to post a pic of the set that you have so I can see the condition and the indention that you mentioned.

This is a pic of my current setup. I'm trying to make the radio knobs match the wiper & headlight knobs.

Anyone else have a nice set for sale? I wouldn't mind having extras.

Thanks
-Chris

Hi Michael. Is it an oem Casco lighter or an after market one. Could you provide a pic or two.

Thanks.

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

Not sure the pic shows the indention in the knob. Not really serious but is present. The knobs you have are the same as I have on my dash. Would trade straight up across, mine for yours if interested. I'll ship mine on my nickel, you ship yours on your nickel.

Can't get the indention to show with my camera. Sorry. Good for a daily driver knobs, but not show. $6 shipped or will trade straight up as I mentioned if yours have no cracks, or missing metal slip ring on back. Let me know.

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

Hey Ironhorse. I'm pretty sure I can see the indention in the left knob. Thanks for the offer but I'm going to keep looking for a set that would clean up to close to show quality. I plan to keep my originals in case I want to swap back.

Michael: PM sent about the lighter pics.

Thanks DaHos. I actually purchased a used set of deluxe knobs a while back but decided to go with the standard ones if I can find a set.

Re: WTB Radio Knobs and Lighter Trim Ring

Sorry but can't help on any standard or deluxe radio knobs. Totally out, sold my last set at my last swap meet I set up at.
Not sure if I have a cig. lighter surround or not, will check tomorrow and get back with you. If I do it will be driver quality, used my last nice one on my '71 4x4 .

I'm gonna need to find a pair of standard knobs too. What's the difference between the radio knobs and the wiper knob? Looks about the same.
