I have four of these left. Two are raw machine finished ready to be painted or polished. The other two are brushed with polished edges. Both include the cups.

I spoke with Frank (PICKMUP) first before offering and he said it would be some time before he would produce another run and was fine with me selling these off. I am selling them for what I paid plus shipping because I'm not willing to lose shipping at this point and figured anyone wanting one in a hurry might not mind the few extra dollars.

Raw finished 100 shipped in CONUS
Brushed and polished 120 shipped in CONUS

Does the unpolished include the cup holders? How do they attach to the plate? How does the cupholder mount in the console? I started making my own because I knew Frank was pretty backed up but I'd rather buy yours if it's complete.

I have either unpolished or brushed with polished edges. The polished ones are DIY (Take a raw one and polish yourself or have a local shop polish

Yes, it will include the cupholders. They fit into the grooves you see and once the piece is screwed down they are sandwiched between the console and the plate.

Sorry, thought I'd replied. Making sure you are meaning brushed top with polished edges. I don't have any all polished. Those are DIY starting with the machined one.
