Question lower the gas mileage?

Hey,
So I want to lower the gas mileage for our ever-so-guzzling beasts right? First, I don't have lock out hubs, so thought that might help a little, anyone recommend a brand or type, or have tips? Second, I have a very low geared transmission, so I'm researching transmision changes, anyone have recommendations on transmissions? Do I need to get a transfer case to match it? Thanks!
