Power Brake Conversion

I'm going from manual brakes to power brakes on my sons '71C10 (Jalapeno).

I powder coated the master cylinder, proportioning valve, and the bracket.
I sprayed the booster with the body color.

Question 1 : Is there a seal or gasket that goes between the master cylinder and brake booster?

Question 2: Did I reassemble the firewall bracket correctly after powder coat?

Thanks
