redrilling rear axles
Im trying to find a machine shop in austin that will redrill my axles to 5x5 bolt pattern and so far everyone i talk to either wont do it or wants about what new axles cost to do it. Has anyone around austin done this or know of a good place that'll do it?

Re: redrilling rear axles
Talk to others within the hot rod community, I found the guy who did mine who owned his own small machine shop, he has 10 pickups, 55's, 57, chevies, did mine for 100.00............plus I provided the studs. He even knew to turn down the axle shaft for the 5 lug brake drum........Kieth
