WWII plane exhaust on a truck?
So I was thinking, I love old WWII planes. Wouldn't it be cool to make a truck that has some of those features? That led to this.
What would I have to overcome to make this exhaust on a truck? http://www.t-birds.be/image/pictures...%20Exhaust.jpg I would imagine it would have to be just straight non muffled pipes, right? I think I have seen mufflers that are designed to be short and exit out the side of the running boards, but even those are longer than this application would need to be. I haven't looked that far into it. I know things like back pressure exist, but I do not fully understand them enough to know how that would play into this sort of situation. So, am I just cray, or would this be a doable project?
