Help with Value and Parts

I have found a 72 Jimmy for sale near me that I am interested in purchasing. Here is what we have, no motor, wrong seats, missing the entire floor in the back, someone cut the entire thing out. top is very rough(double wall). Front clip is great. Glass is great, Drivers side rear quarter is shot (at least the lower half), fiberglass in passenger front floor. Rocker boxes are rusted out. doors dont work properly. Has 350 trans in it with transfer case and both shafts hooked up. PS PB radiator, oil cooler, and shroud all still there with all lines. Looks as if i could just drop a motor in it and drive it away. Also good title.

My questions are:
1. What is it worth?
2. What esle should i be looking for?
3. Where do i find parts if i decide to buy it?

Thanks for your help everyone.
