Yikes 5.13 ratio

I am looking at a 67 3/4T Customer Camper CST with 327/auto. Listed on the glove box is a 5.13 limited slip rear. I did not look at the automatic option on the glove box but it is a T-400(rebuilt because it is clean) with electric kickdown switch and not a cable like a T-350.

I have 2 questions:

1. Did GM use a T-400 in 67?

2. What about that 5.13 ratio? How bad will my RPMs be with an auto and a 5.13?

I think this is original because the original owner ordered this to haul a camper and it is now for sale by his brother. All the 67 deluxe knobs are there along with a manual choke, 67 lighter, 67 am radio, chrome wing windows, glove box light and CST horn cap. Also shown on the glove box was the RPO A10 - Panoramic Cab. The dash has not been cut nor have the doors. The bed is a wood floor(rotted away) front sheet metal is very good along with the doors. I did notice a rust hole thru the floor down by drivers feet.

Any idea on value with out pictures?

Thanks - Bob
