Forget powder coat or POR, Galvanize your frame!!

Hot dip galvanizing a frame is apparently cheaper than powdercoating. http://www.chevelles.com/forums/show...ght=GALVANIZED The car guys have a lot of discussion about painting over the galvanizing, but I think for a truck, I would leave it bare.
