My build up thread 67 small window short/fleet

Small amount of progress today. I got the old trailing arm crossmember out and installed a cpp lowered x-member with the exhaust holes. I need it for the driveshaft clearance and the exhaust cut holes were a bonus The crossmember came in powered coated silver and I scuffed it up and wiped it down and shot two coats of Eastwoods high gloss chassis black to match the rest of the frame. I like the x-member is nice and moved the pinion angle a little,but also made the exhaust a little harder to accomplish by moving the trailing arms up about 2-3" higher on the x-member taking precious space around the front panel of the bed I also got new upper ball joint installed, after realising the uppers were original I went ahead and swapped them out knowing they were for sure shot I haven't painted them yet,but will soon.
