trim removal

How do I remove the fender trim on a 72c10 custom delux? I got the trim off the cab ok, but I can't seem to find where the clips are. If I open the hood and feel along the inside of the fender where the upper trim is I can feel cap nuts as far down as I can reach, but are there more, and is there a trick to getting the cap nut off that is at the rear edge of the fender in the crease of the door. I can't seem to position the door right to get a wrench back there. I'm not going to use the trim again, but it is in good shape, it just needs repainted and polished to look like new again. I was hoping to maybe sell it, so I don't want to wreck it if I don't have to. but if I have to I will. Thanks for the help in advance.
Josh
