03 SS problems

I finally got the truck from the wife today and now I have no clue as to what is wrong. When I am driving at about 30-40 MPH I get a grawling sound coming out of the left front. Not sure if it is the front drivers side wheel bearing and hub or the transfer case right under the seat. If I accellerate through 40 I never hear it. Only when I am moving at about 30-40.

Starting to notice a little pause in the engine when you are steping on the brakes also. Kind of like the vaccuum to the power brake is having a problem. Any info would be helful.
