700R4 issues

Well, my 700R4 is "acting up". I installed it myself and had a professional adjust the TV cable. They didn't use the pressure gauge method, but the "Click N Pull" method. Anyway, here's my problem:

It shifts great... nice and tight the way I'd like it to. It chirps the tires during shift if you stick it to the floorboard. BUT, when it kicks out of gear down into NEUTRAL (like coming to a red light slowly) it makes a bad "cuh-chunk, cuh-chunk" sound. Then it stops when the truck ain't rolling, and it doesn't do it when you're accelerating or cruising. Just when you slow to a stop and only SOMETIMES.

I unplugged the brake/TC switch to cut power to the lock up and it still makes the noise.
