well, i found out why oil pressure was low.....

it was my main bearings... i guess they were mis-marked/packaged... they were standard bearings instead of 10-10's our fault for not checking.... but easy fix... don't even have to pull the motor.... sucks.. but better than a tear down..... i am just so releived to find the issue...
