Well boys, I may be leaving the fold tomorrow

I sold my 72 Super Cheyenne 3/4 ton yesterday. Tomorrow I am probably going to be buying my favorite truck, a 63 short fleetside. I have always wanted one of those. I like the knee knocker cab and the coil spring front suspension. 63 was the only year to get that configuration.

If I get this truck, I will be parting out my 72 beater short bed to build the 63 with. The beater has a strong 350, TH350, power steering, 5 lug Early Classic suspension front and rear, 3.08 rearend, steering column, sway bar. All of this will go under the old truck.

If this deal goes through, it will be the first time in 20 years that I haven't had a 67-72 in my driveway.
