Wheel Offset & BackSpacing 101

Wassup Guys! Was just wondering if it was possible if we can get a topic dedicated to Wheel Offset and BackSpacing. I know its been on alot of peoples minds lately including mine. And I wanted to see if someone can clear up the understanding of Wheel Offset and Back Spacing. Here are a few questions that I have.

1. My current project im doing 22x9.5 Front & 24x10 Rear-->rear backspacing 6.21 & front backspacing is 5.96-->question is will the rear wheels stick out or sit further in with a Ford 9 Inch Rear 58inches long 31 spline?

2. What size rear spacers would I need to make this work?

3. Do I need spacers for the front as well?

These are questions that I need help answering hopefully someone can answer these and give me a clue of a better understanding.
