need help! Rear wheel bearings / hub removal

I have my rear axle out and on jack stands the drums are off and i want to replace the wheel bearings, but i can't figure out how to remove the hub. Do so i slide the whole thing out by unbolting something in the pumpkin ? Not sure on this one.

Other reason for doing this is removal of the "dust shield" and cleaning it up so i can paint it up. While im at it i want to replace the shoes, drums , springs, wheel cylinders and bearings and seal.

Should tell you what im working on. I have a 1968 chevy 2wd 3 speed , not sure on what kind of rear axle, but for sure original.
