Post I'm a Dumba@# help me or tell me if I'm screwed?

My tranny turbo 350 had a slow leak I added some trans fluid to it last night and a bottle of gunk trans sealer to help.

Well I was driving down the highway just a while ago on my way to work and noticed smoke coming out the back of my truck I pull off the highway and looked under my truck and I had transmission fluid all over my tailpipes and everything else.

The DumbA@# part
Then I realised I didn't check my fluid after I added the 2 quarts and the gunk crap.
I think I over filled it I checked the fluid when I was off the highway and it was reading full so I went to work which was only about 5 miles away

So what did I screw up so my wife can chew my a@# out when I ask for the check book
