Anyone running 325/65r18s on an 03-07 Silverado?

I've got a 2005 Silverado Z71 sitting stock on 285/65r18s on 07+ Z71 wheels. My question is, can I clear 325/65r18s (about 34.5x13.50) if I crank the T-bars 3 inches? I've seen 07 and newer Z71s with these tires after being leveled out, just wondering if anyone has tried this with an '03-'07 classic before? Thanks for the help.
