700R4 Lock Up Wiring Question

Please forgive my lack of knowledge in this area. I recently mounterd a 700R4on my 350 and have been reading up on how to wire the torque converter to lock up. It doesn't sound that bad, I am looking to use a push-button switch with an LED inside that lights up when its pressed on. (Push on, push off). Anyway, I have heard of people doing this with toggle switched as well. I was told that you just make sure you have power to the switch then to the tranny electrical plug on the side and then ground from there. Does anybody have a more specific steps list by chance?

I am looking to just lock it up manually when on the interstate for better milage.
