Hi I am a new member here and just wanted to drop in and post some photos of my 71 c10.
The truck itself is a '71 c10 Cheyenne Super all original. When I bought it the owner said the motor and transmission was rebuilt with 10,000 on it and the body was done about 10 years ago.
Under the stock hub caps it has 8.5" rally wheels (I like the sleeper look) The front was dropped 2.0 and the rear 3.0.The interior is stock other than the column mounted tach. The exhaust consist of headers 2.5 pipes and glass packs.
I am in the process of dropping in a 454 but not quite sure on which mounts to use. I have searched the tech section and previous post on this but still unsure.I have a set of clam shell mounts from an 86 1 ton 4x4 along with the frame mounts and the perches that sat on them.
Thanks in advance for the help. John
