im sorry, but NO 1988-1998 EVER had rally's, they either had the Sport/454SS rims (In chrome or painted), Aluminum's OR the 88-98 "Rally" with is really a steelie with a beauty ring and cap that is held on with the plastic lugnut caps.

True "Rally's" have the caps bolted on and look completely different...





I have done ALOT of research on the True Rally's, i even have 3 of the rare 6" width ones, only available on super early vans.
