Hobart Welder about to get the AXE

I got my Hobart MIG welder wired into the new shop finally after two years of sitting in storage. Went to weld with it and the welds laid out like a row of dimes, but they looked funny... After some investigation the bottle is turned on but there is no gas coming out of the welder to the welds...

Does anyone have any clue what I need to look at to get this thing working properly so I can start tack welding these filler plates in????
