I had a not quite elderly buddy (not a forum member) that had several issues with shipping parts with brothers trucks. Really simple e-commerce things that shouldn't have happened at all. (Someone needs to find a job at McDonalds in that shipping dpt I think) like shipping proper quantity and providing tracking or backorder updates. I told John about it and POOF - magically fixed.
If I were ordering from them, and I will be soon, I'd place the order then PM John for confirmation so it's on his radar. He's the only way some things get resolved. Maybe the store has some crappy employees and it shouldn't be doing business like they do but since they have good products I'm sure glad he's available to pick up their slack.
