Should I re-prime?

Hi guys;

last spring I painted my truck Cadillac Diamond White in this thread:

Since then, I've torn the truck down to fix a few things (especially the areas that were wavy) and now I'm getting ready to repaint it the same color.

My question is, should I:

- sand / scuff and reprime the whole truck

or

- can I just sand / scuff the door jams and inner fenders that I did not need to do any reworking on and just start with the base color & skip repriming those areas?

I guess its not a whole lot of ork to redo everything, I just like to have everything planned out before I start it, thanks!
