6 lug to 5 lug conversion

Hey all!
Im currently gather parts for my suspension. I have a 69 frame with the 6 lug pattern front and back. To swap the fronts I believe all that needs changing is the spindles and rotors correct?

What about the rear? I have 6 lug drums currently. Do I need to buy a 5 lug rear end or is there a kit I can purchase for what I have? Im fairly new to suspension and all the little parts that go into the different set ups. There is a board member that is getting rid of the front set up and rear end out of a 72 but Im not sure if it will be a waste of money for me since I will be putting a drop spindle and and new brakes up front any way.

Thanks guys!
