'72 C10 LB to SB and more...

OK guys, gonna have some fun with my latest project. It's a '72 C10 402 Turbo 400, 12 bolt, LB.
I have decided to turn her into a SB as my first real mod to her. Not really quite sure where it will take me in the long run (454? 496? LSx? Naturally Aspirated? Turbo? Blower? Gear Vendors OverDrive? T56? Road Racing? Drag Racing? Classic Hauler? Cruiser?), but I do know it will never be "done", and always evolving/changing.
I'm not a huge fan of Yellow, but Yellow is the original color of the truck, and my wife and kids like it....but we'll see where that takes us as well.

So, here are some progress pics of where I stand as of today. I have the 8" chopped out of the back of the frame, and the 8" taken out of the bed side behind the rear wheels.
