Hi all

Well last Saturday at a farm auction I saw a 56 chev 2 ton. turns out it was a 47. The bidding was ugly but I got it.

It runs. Body in great shape, box and hoist work, minimal interior damage. Brakes are shot.

I am going to get a flat deck trailer and bring it home.

Canadian made serial # 7154301701. mod# 1543 engine # 11328.

SO I am looking for all the brake parts and others as I start into it.

Hope to turn it into my reno company truck. So far my wife does not think I am crazy.

Any and all advise appreciated. I am in the middle of Sask.
