Never gets easier!

Hey ya'll,

I caught a break today, all of an hour, and worked on the truck some. I grinded the spot weld down a bit where the front cab bushing bolt goes.

ALAS, there doesn't seem to be enough room to use the washer that came in the kit! If I use it, the bolt head will stick out above the level of the cab floor. I know there was no washer used here originally but I like washers! Who has run into this and what did you do?

*I still have more grinding to do....tight space even for a dremel tool.
