'68 Short Step Registered User Join Date: Jan 2013 Location: Irving,TX Posts: 122	transmission mount I am finishing up my th350 to 700r4 swap and I ran into one last snag. The 700r4 transmission mount is too tall. I tried to jack up the trans to mount the cross member but even with the trans touching the bottom of the cab the rubber on the transmission mount is too thick to slide the crossmember under it. Does anyone know of a more slim or low profile transmission mount I could use? I need about an inch. Thank you all
