Well I finally got around to getting the clutch linkage hooked up, had to notch out the x-member in order to get the pedal to travel far enough. also got the steering box mount modified to work for side steering and made a riveted cover for the frame where the shaft comes out. Yesterday I fixed the bad patch job where the old filler used to be in the cowl that the previous owner did. also welded the cowl side seems.

this is what I came up with to strengthen the area I remove for the clutch arm clearance
(will weld in once the body is removed)
