Gauging interest on "volt gauge conversion kits for 67-72 gauge clusters.

It has recently come to my attention that some of you using AAW wiring kits have been told that they will not support the use of the factory amp gauge. I have edited the statement that there is a risk of fire when using a stock amp gauge with a newer high amp alternator. I cannot confirm or deny the claim. If it is a concern, then you should do further research.

With that said, I am thinking about creating a volt gauge conversion kit that would come with instructions for installation and should be a 15-20 minute job for most.

I would supply everything needed for installation in a stock cluster. The needle and gauge face can appear to be stock for those concerned about looks.

Let me know who may be interested in a kit and I will make a decision on whether to move forward.

I will be posting photos of a conversion in a few days for all to see.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
Tom
